ABOUT THE ROLE

This Executive Assistant role supports a busy entrepreneur who runs Creativate alongside multiple other revenue streams. As the Executive Assistant to the founder, you won’t just keep the trains running; you’ll help lay the tracks. You’ll split your time between personal assistant responsibilities and business support across several ventures, handling calendar and email management, personal assistance, financial/billing support, staff support, HubSpot support, and travel planning.

You’ll need to switch contexts quickly, anticipate needs before they’re voiced, and keep many moving pieces organized so things run smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this role is for you.

  • The role’s time is divided accordingly: Creativate 75%, Michelle Speaks 15%, and personal + rental property 10%
  • This is a full-time, remote position for someone in the Eastern Time Zone (or available 8 AM- 5 PM ET), with preference for Ohio applicants. We’re open to W2 employment and offer full benefits.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Competitive Salary - This role pays $70,000-$78,000 based on experience.
  • Full ownership of executive support and workflow optimization
  • Remote-first role with a values-driven, all-female team
  • Health insurance with 80% employee premium covered
  • 401K with company contribution
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid holidays + company-wide closure between Christmas and New Year’s Day
